Cost Assistance for Resilient Engineers (CARE)
Every year, 5 to 7 Michigan Engineering students are forced to drop out of college because they endure a financial crisis and are unable to pay for their education. CARE is a charitable, student-run organization that aims to help these Michigan Engineering students. CARE has given out 7 scholarships, ensuring students in need can continue pursuing their dreams.

Graduate Society of Women Engineers (GradSWE)
GradSWE is a society focused on female graduate students in the CoE by educating the public about current issues pertaining to females in engineering, encouraging and helping more women to enter the engineering field. Society of Women Engineers (SWE)
The Society of Women Engineers provides its members with the ideal engineering and college experience. Every year, we run the biggest career fair on campus, engage hundreds of K-12 students across the globe in engineering outreach activities, host several charity events (including a 5K Fun Run and the Engineering Games Competition), and organize many networking and professional development events.

Biomedical Engineering Society
The Biomedical Engineering Society at UofM is a student org that gathers undergraduate and graduate students that are interested in pursuing Biomedical Engineering. We also provide a community for BME students on campus. Our events provide our members networking opportunities to the industry, research, and medical fields, as well as hosting social events and academic workshops.

CSEG
CSEG is the Computer Science and Engineering Graduate student organization of the Computer Science Engineering department at the University of Michigan. CSEG represents graduate students as representatives on a number of departmental committees. CSEG organizes social activities like cookouts, happy hours, and intramural sports. All CSE graduate students are automatically members of CSEG.

Engineering Global Leadership Honors Program (EGL)
Engineering Global Leadership is an honors society for students pursuing the EGL honors program. This honors society works to build skills for students who plan to work at the intersection of engineering and business on an international scale. This is done through university courses, skill workshops, and the Tauber capstone project.

Graduate Student Advisory Committee – ISD (GSAC-ISD)
GSAC-ISD is composed of student members from the ISD graduate degree programs to represent the student community. The committee meets throughout the academic year to provide input and feedback to ISD leadership, plan student events and brainstorm other ways to foster an active student community. GSAC-ISD organizes and hosts two types of events: student engagement and professional development.

As the largest data science club on campus, MDST provides students the opportunity to build a background in applied machine learning and data science through projects, networking, and peer support. BLUElab Sa’ Nima’ Collaborative
BLUElab Sa’ Nima’ Collaborative is a socially-engaged design team that focuses on identifying and executing sustainable development solutions in the rural town of San Cristóbal, Guatemala in collaboration with Casasito, a local NGO. Our current mission is creating efficient, smoke-free cook stoves and off-grid washing machines to alleviate the economic burden of eight rural families.

Chemical Engineering Car Team
The ChemE Car team is responsible for designing, testing, and building a shoe-box-sized car that starts, runs, and stops solely on chemical reactions. Competitions sponsored by the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) establish a pre-determined distance and a certain amount of weight that our car is required to carry for each race.

M-HEAL
M-HEAL is a student organization at the University of Michigan that fosters interdisciplinary work in global health and design with under-served communities using human-centered design philosophy. Michigan Mars Rover
The Michigan Mars Rover Team (MRover) is a student-run, multidisciplinary organization whose mission is to design and build a rover to compete in the University Rover Challenge in Hanksville, Utah. Pantanal Partnership
Pantanal Partnership is a project team focused primarily on community-oriented design, working with members of the Pantanal region of Brazil to determine needs and design sustainable technology that fits within the culture of the region. Each year members research potential projects, choose a focus, design and prototype their project, then travel to Brazil and implement their project.

UM::Autonomy is an award-winning undergraduate student project team from the University of Michigan. Each year we build an autonomous boat to participate in the RoboNation Roboboat competition. Theme Park Engineering Group
TPEG immerses students in the theme park, roller coaster design, and entertainment industries.
