Winter 2025 Career Fairs and Events

Company Days provide organizations with an opportunity to recruit Michigan Engineering students and/or have casual conversations to enhance an organization’s visibility and increase brand awareness. While Career Fairs are intended for organizations that are actively recruiting, Company Day events allow employers the opportunity to engage with students for recruitment and/or networking purposes. *Note about Student Dress Code at Career Fairs: Michigan Engineering would like to inform you that our students have been encouraged to wear business casual attire for our career fairs and events. Our community is large and diverse, we aim to foster a professional yet comfortable environment allowing students to present themselves confidently while reflecting the inclusive culture of our University. Students may present themselves in a more casual manner than your recruiting team may traditionally expect and in a manner that differs from your industry or company’s culture. We encourage employers to take this into consideration when interacting with Michigan Engineering students at recruiting events.
