Fall 2024 Career Fairs

*There are no more career fairs for the fall semester. Information for winter career fairs and events will be available by December.

*Note about Student Dress Code at Career Fairs: Michigan Engineering would like to inform you that our students have been encouraged to wear business casual attire for our career fairs and events. Our community is large and diverse, we aim to foster a professional yet comfortable environment allowing students to present themselves confidently while reflecting the inclusive culture of our University. Students may present themselves in a more casual manner than your recruiting team may traditionally expect and in a manner that differs from your industry or company’s culture. We encourage employers to take this into consideration when interacting with Michigan Engineering students at recruiting events.

Company Days provide organizations with an opportunity to recruit Michigan Engineering students and/or have casual conversations to enhance an organization’s visibility and increase brand awareness. Company Days allow students the opportunity to engage with organizations for recruitment and networking purposes.

Employer registration for all Career Fairs and Events is available in Engineering Careers, by 12twenty under the Events section. Company Day events are free of charge. Registration will close on the deadline listed below, or earlier if the event reaches capacity. See the Company Day Employer Guide for more information, and click here for the Company Day Cancellation, Food and Shipping Policies.

*There are no more company days for the fall semester. Information for winter company days will be available by December.

Diversity broadens our perspectives and paves the way for innovation. Our community includes people from different races and ethnicities, genders and gender identities, sexual orientations, ages and socio-economic backgrounds. We speak different languages, come from different cultures and countries, and practice different religions. We have different abilities and disabilities, different political perspectives, and different life experiences.

We’re committed to ensuring all members of our community have the opportunity to participate fully without worrying about facing bias, harassment, or discrimination. As you engage with candidates, we ask that you join us by creating welcoming environments during your interactions.

Please let us know how we can ensure that our events are inclusive to you. What accommodations or access needs can we help facilitate? Email the ECRC at [email protected] to let us know what accommodations you may need at least one week prior to the event.
