Why do I have to apply to this position on HireME and the employer's website?
Due to new regulations by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), which is part of the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment Standards Administration, many employers are requiring students and alumni to submit their resumes directly to the employer's website in addition to submitting their resume through campus recruiting systems. The new regulations require employers to maintain their own databases of their internet applicants to ensure they are complying with the new regulations. Therefore for many employers, you will need to submit your resume to their website and to HireME to be considered for on-campus interview schedules.
