CoE International Internship Scholarship Program

Interested in exploring new and diverse cultures while gaining valuable engineering experience? The College of Engineering wants to encourage you to participate in an international internship.

The CoE International Internship Scholarship program offers $1000 of support to Engineering undergraduates pursuing international internships. The program is designed to benefit those who would otherwise face financial barriers to participation. This scholarship provides a great incentive to consider an international work experience.

Why do I have to apply to this position on HireME and the employer's website?

Due to regulations by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), which is part of the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment Standards Administration, many employers are requiring students and alumni to submit their resumes directly to the employer's website in addition to submitting their resume through campus recruiting systems. The new regulations require employers to maintain their own databases of their internet applicants to ensure they are complying with the new regulations. Therefore for many employers, you will need to submit your resume to their website and to HireME to be considered for on-campus interview schedules.
